1. Rinse the beans, grains, and legumes thoroughly for around an hour before placing them in a large bowl or mason jar with water.

2. Be sure that the water is at least twice because the beans or grains will absorb some water while sprouting.

3. Remove and discard any floating grains or particles to ensure that there is no contamination or waste.

4. Keep the container at room temperature, and let it sit for 3 to 12 hours, depending on the kind of grain or beans.

5. Remove the water using the cheesecloth. After that, pour clean water around the container and shake it to wash the sprouts thoroughly.

Rinse and repeat the procedure twice per day until the ingredients start to sprout. It could take 4 to 5 days for the sprouts to grow.

Consume the sprouts right away or refrigerate them until utilized. When kept in a refrigerator, sprouts may last for a couple of weeks.
