The upper age limit for applicants for the post of Technical Officer, central food safety officer (CFSO), Assistant Manager IT, Assistant, Hindi Translator, Personal Assistant, IT Assistant is 30 yrs.
For the post of Junior Assistant Grade-I, the upper age limit is 25 yrs.

The Selection Process for FSSAI Vacancy 2021
The eligible candidates applying for FSSAI Recruitment 2021 will have to go through a two-stage selection procedure for assistant manager and manager posts. It includes a written exam, followed by an interview. Details of the selection process for FSSAI Vacancy 2021:
Stage 1 Written Exam
The written exam for the selection process will include a multiple-choice question (MCQ) examination. Successful candidates of the written exam with the required qualifying marks (different as per the post) will be called for the next interview round.
Stage 2 Interview
